Hi, I am your personal Group Fitness Instructor Corrie Noll! I am so glad you are here and enjoying some fun and fitness with me and all of my Fit-Friends! An active lifestyle has always been my driving force, and my biggest passion is being on the water. For over a decade Ive had the privilege of competing with teammates as a dedicated member of the San Diego Dragon Boat team (SDDBT). When Im not racing with the team, you can find me training or cruising on my one-man outrigger canoe. Ive also recently reconnected with the San Diego Outrigger Canoe Club (SDOCC). Paddling is the perfect physical outlet for me, combining community, competition and my love for the ocean!. I have been in the fitness industry for 25+ years! Most of that time I was employed by the YMCA teaching at various facilities as well as teaching for their corporate fitness branch. It all began as a way to get in a few workouts while making some extra $$ and raising and home-schooling my two beautiful (now Adult People) kids! Over the years my fitness journey has blossomed to a passion and a purpose. I have taught many formats and age-groups. I believe fitness is more than just a workout, it is a holistic approach to striving for wellness within your mind, body & soul. My style is to continually find diversity in my workouts and to always be looking for ways to 'change it up'! I do not put an age-limit or activity-limit on anyone! My motto is "you do you", meaning ~ each participant be a good listener of their own body. I strive to help you see that you are able to achieve those things in life that you dreamed to achieve, whether it be chasing the grand-kids around the yard (and sometimes passing them!) or competing in your first athletic event! We are a capable species able to do more than we think. I desire for each participant to feel they have what they need physically, emotionally and spiritually to be 'Fit 2 Go' wherever life will take them!
